10 Common Mistakes to Avoid in Implementing KPIs
When moving our business forward, do we make data-driven decisions and actions? Can we spot operational hurdles early, rather than waiting for monthly/quarterly reports? Is measuring financial figures alone, enough to check the health of my business?
In this session, we have the answers in designing effective Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) within the Performance Measurement process. Brennan shall discuss the 10 most common mistakes to avoid, together with the suggested solutions in designing and implementing KPIs.

Real improvement is about continually closing the gaps between actual and targeted performance in areas that are deliberately selected as strategically important or mission critical.
Fellow Business Owners, let’s design meaningful KPIs in driving desired business outcomes.
