Mark Mullinix
Mark Mullinix is founder and principal at Growth Vectors, where he helps founders and leaders work out what’s actually going wrong inside their organisations, and whether it’s a genuine people problem or a structural one. He’s spent two decades building and scaling ventures across Asia-Pacific, from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 multinationals: founding a strategy consultancy, helping launch the technology behind leading credit-card rewards programmes, and building Singapore’s largest loyalty coalition, backed by Temasek and DFI Retail Group.
That commercial background shapes how he approaches team health, treating it as a growth question rather than an HR one. He’s also made most of the team-building mistakes he’ll be talking about. Based in Singapore since 2012.
