Dr. (h.c.) Jennifer Lim is the founder of Dream Big Singapore®️ and Thy Dreams Matter Pte Ltd, a social enterprise she has built over the past 9 years to empower individuals to turn dreams into action. She believes dreams remain dreams until we act,and has dedicated her work to helping others bring theirs to life. Her initiative has set national records, including the largest Dreamboard display in 2022, Digital Dreamboards collection in 2023, and a 6,000 Dreamboards exhibition and collection in 2025. In collaboration with the Singapore Government Partnership Office (SGPO), she continues to engage communities in shaping shared values and aspirations. Jennifer envisions a future where every dream realised creates a ripple of positive change.
